The Nursing Director is responsible for leading and managing nursing and related services across three regions, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

The role is responsible for developing and implementing nursing strategies, managing resources and workforce planning, maintaining quality standards, supporting patient experience, and developing nursing staff.

• Lead, motivate, develop, and engage the nursing team.
• Promote a strong culture of quality and patient-centred care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the nursing strategic plan.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, accreditation standards, and clinical requirements.
• Manage patient safety, infection prevention and control, clinical risks, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Plan and manage the nursing workforce and ensure appropriate staffing levels and competencies.
• Manage nursing resources, equipment, stock, budgets, and operational costs effectively.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, patients, regulators, auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve patient experience and satisfaction.
• Support staff education, competency development, mentoring, coaching, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Promote quality improvement, clinical excellence, and standardisation across IVF services.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Registered Nurse with the relevant Healthcare Authority.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience, such as Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director, preferably within an IVF Centre.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in IVF.

• Master's degree or specialised qualification in Nursing or a related field such as Healthcare Management or IVF.
• Experience in a senior leadership position within an IVF Centre.
• Experience in quality management and continuous improvement within IVF services.
