We are seeking experienced and compassionate Male Staff Nurses in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation and recovery, while working collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and rehabilitation needs and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, clinical condition, progress, and response to treatment.
- Support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and promote independence and functional recovery.
- Assist with the management of patients with complex medical, neurological, behavioral, or rehabilitation needs.
- Recognize and promptly escalate changes in patients' clinical condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medication, rehabilitation programs, and health promotion.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain infection prevention and control standards and ensure patient safety at all times.
- Participate in patient and family counseling and discharge planning as appropriate.
- Participate in continuing professional development and maintain clinical competency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
- Valid DOH Abu Dhabi Nursing License or eligibility.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience ;
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
- Male candidates preferred/required based on the role's patient-care requirements.
