Assist nurses with daily patient care and comfort Monitor and record patients vital signs including temperature pulse blood pressure and oxygen saturation Assist patients with activities of daily living including hygiene feeding mobility and positioning Prepare patients for examinations procedures and treatments Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation Assist with medication-related activities according to facility policies and scope of practice Support physicians with referral documentation prescriptions and follow-up information as permitted by the organization Maintain infection-control and safety standards Assist with patient transfers and transportation when required Communicate patients concerns and changes in condition to the Registered Nurse Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient-care areas Support nurses and other healthcare professionals during routine clinical activities Communicate with clinical and administrative staff regarding documentation requirements Follow hospital clinic policies and procedures
