Registered Nurse - In Patient and Patient; National Talent

Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital, Abu Dhabi, is seeking Registered Nurses (UAEN) to join our dedicated multidisciplinary healthcare team.

We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Nationals who are passionate about nursing and interested in developing their careers within a specialized rehabilitation healthcare environment.

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
• Assess patients’ health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress, vital signs, and clinical conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, health management, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control, patient safety, and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development and hospital education programs.
• Promote dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
• Valid DOH license or eligibility for licensure.
• New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional nursing practice.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
