Who We Place:
Private & Maternity Nurses, Physiotherapists & Osteopaths, Private & Concierge Physicians
A private family in Abu Dhabi is seeking a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse for confidential, in-residence care.
The family wants dependable nursing judgement and an unfailing sense of routine.
Whether the family is in Abu Dhabi, in London or on the Riviera, you are expected to join them, so care stays steady through every move.
The employment relationship is with the family in a direct agreement, with terms discussed openly before you decide.
Requirements
The role requires full nursing registration issued in the UK or Europe and verified by us.
The family expects 5+ years of hands-on nursing practice to build lasting trust with a family.
We place only practitioners with UK or European training and registration, with credentials confirmed at the start.
Professional English along with strict confidentiality undertakings are prerequisites for the role.
Composure, a steady manner and the ability to blend into daily routine are vital.
We look for someone who is able to travel internationally and hold a valid passport.
The package is gross, from €5,000 a month.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
Your maternity nurse appointment includes, at the family's cost, private accommodation within the family's residence and journeys.
Annual leave on full pay, return flights to your home country and lasting continuity are part of the family's offer.
Employment is agreed with the family directly, and we remain available for questions about the process.
Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
