A confidential Private Nurse appointment is available with a private family in Abu Dhabi, open to UK & European-trained clinicians.
The appointment suits a dependable private nurse who values stability and continuity.
This is a permanent, live-in appointment with the family, with annual leave, renewed each year.
Once in post, you travel continuously with the family across several countries; the family arranges and pays for travel visas.
You stay with the family as they move between Abu Dhabi, Switzerland and the south of France, so that nothing changes for them when the destination does.
The employment relationship sits wholly with the family, since our part is to introduce and verify.
Requirements
An established private nurse bearing full nursing registration in the UK or Europe.
Candidates need 3 years of frontline practice since registration.
We recognise only UK and European training bodies.
Polished spoken English is required, plus full compliance with the NDA throughout your tenure.
Current professional registration in your country of training, in good standing.
Professional references are validated before the family hears your name.
Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
Accommodation within the residence is provided for as long as you remain in post, and relocation is arranged by the family.
Flights home and paid leave come from the family, with long-term security.
Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two permanent nurses alternating daily shifts of 8 or 12 hours — to protect continuity of care.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
