Organic Farm Manager
As an Organic Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organic farm in Abu Dhabi, ensuring the highest quality and yield of crops. Your main duties will include planning and implementing crop production, managing a team of farm workers, maintaining equipment, and monitoring soil health. You must have at least 3 years of experience in organic farming and a deep understanding of sustainable agriculture practices.
Knowledge of biodynamic principles is preferred. This position requires physical labor and the ability to work long hours. Salary is $1200 per month with accommodation provided. Indian nationals with a biometric passport are encouraged to apply.
