Farm Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our farm located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of farmers, overseeing crop production, and ensuring the overall success and efficiency of the farm.

• Supervise and manage a team of farmers in daily activities including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and fertilization
• Monitor crop growth and health to ensure optimal production
• Develop and implement farming plans to maximize yield and efficiency
• Maintain proper documentation of farming activities, including inventory management and crop rotation schedules
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices for farming operations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of crops to market
• Train new employees on farming techniques and procedures as needed

• Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of different farming techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Biometric passport preferred but not required
• Previous experience working on farms in the UAE is preferred
