Farm Worker

A farm in Abu Dhabi is seeking experienced and hardworking Farmers to join their team. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for the daily tasks involved in maintaining a successful farm, including planting, harvesting, and caring for crops and livestock. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for farming.

• Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to schedule
• Operating and maintaining farm equipment such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
• Monitoring crops for pests and diseases and taking appropriate action to prevent or treat issues
• Feeding and caring for livestock including chickens, cows, and goats
• Assisting with repairs and maintenance of farm buildings and structures
• Keeping accurate records of daily activities and crop yields
• Participating in the planning of crop rotations and harvest schedules

• Previous experience working on a farm or in agriculture preferred
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of basic farming techniques including planting methods, pest control methods, crop rotation principles
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to work long hours during busy seasons

Salary: $1600 per month
