Perform all analytical testing for process streams, sampling, maintenance, and HSE-related samples according to internationally accepted standard methods for quality assurance.
Job Specific Accountabilities (Part1)
Laboratory Analysis & Testing
• Perform various quantitative and qualitative laboratory tests and analyses following established testing methods and instructions.
• Collect samples from the plant using internationally accepted standard sampling procedures to produce precise and reliable data supporting research studies.
• Enter test analytical results into the Laboratory Information System (LIMS) and Business Object reporting software to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and standardize chemical reagents used in laboratory tests and online analyzers.
• Report instrument faults and apparatus damage to the shift supervisor.
• Monitor sampling procedures and schedules to ensure proper equipment functioning and reliable results.
• Check and conduct trial runs on newly installed or repaired laboratory apparatus and analyzers to ensure proper operation.
• Update inventory records for chemicals, calibration materials, gases, equipment spares, and consumables to ensure timely replenishment.

• Implement and comply with all relevant policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures to meet operational objectives.
Training
• Provide on-the-job training to meet Competency Based Training programs for UAE Nationalization.
Tool Box
• Maintain all tools, safety gear, and equipment provided by the company in safe and working condition.
• Arrange for repair or replacement of tools and safety gear as needed.
Time Management
• Complete all maintenance tasks within the assigned time standards.
• Notify the Maintenance Supervisor if additional resources are needed.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to identifying areas for continuous improvement in procedures, machinery, or equipment.
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Sustainability
• Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and legislation, and follow sustainability guidelines in line with international standards and ADNOC practices.
• Participate in emergency response duties as part of the team.
Housekeeping
• Keep the work environment clean and tidy before, during, and after tasks, following hygiene and housekeeping standards.
Reports
• Collect technical data as required and assist in preparing progress reports for management.
• Contribute to Method statements and Near Miss reports.
Contact with line managers, peers, employees, external consultants, third-party service providers, and government agencies as required.
Qualifications include a Technical Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate in the relevant field, with 4 years of experience. Financial and organizational details are as per the company's standards. Certifications are applicable as needed.

Work Environment: A/C environment, with occasional site visits exposed to heat, humidity, and dust.
