Associate Analyst - NOTAM; UAE National

NOTAM Function

• Preparing NOTAM when requested in accordance with ICAO regulations
• Provide support for the efficient running of 24-hour NOTAM office
• Prepare and distribute NOTAM summary

• Maintain and update the NOTAM database
• Maintain the records of NOTAM requests and published NOTAMs

• Record queries related to NOTAM and maintained all related statistics
• Initiate, investigate and clarify queries received
• Participate as a member of AIS Safety Committee

• Update the LAISI with the latest and correct procedures

• Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards

Perform additional tasks relevant to the role/area of expertise as requested by management to achieve objectives and commitments.

Degree in a technical field relevant to aviation with no previous experience
