Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures tailored to the specific operational risks of the organization
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to enhance workplace safety
- Facilitate incident investigations to analyze root causes and implement preventative measures ensuring continuous improvement in safety practices
- Coordinate and deliver engaging HSE training programs for all staff fostering a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are mandatory to demonstrate expertise in safety management.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive HSE experience in the industrial or construction sectors is preferred.
- Experience in managing HSE programs across multiple sites or projects is highly desirable.
