Position SummaryLead quality assurance activities for assembly processes, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise quality inspection team.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with AS9100.
- Analyze quality data and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace quality assurance.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO standards.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
