Job Description
Responsible for managing and overseeing Quality Control activities for Oil & Gas projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, standards, and company quality requirements during engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage QC teams at site and office.
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Control system.
- Ensure construction and installation activities comply with codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Review and approve ITPs, procedures, method statements, and QC documentation.
- Supervise and monitor site inspections, testing, and verification activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA, HSE, and Client representatives.
- Review, issue, and close NCRs, corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor subcontractors’ QC performance and compliance.
- Participate in internal, client, and third‑party audits.
- Prepare and review QC reports, dashboards, and quality records.
- Support pre‑commissioning and commissioning quality activities.
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or relevant technical discipline preferred).
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects (EPC, construction, shutdowns).
- Strong knowledge of international standards (API, ASME, ASTM, ISO).
- Proven leadership and coordination skills.
