Quality Assurance Manager

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Quality Assurance Manager at Hamda Al Fahim Design Studio. The Quality Assurance Manager will manage quality assurance activities to ensure product excellence. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality processes, conducting quality audits, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with team members to uphold quality standards throughout the design and production cycle.

The role also involves overseeing compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.

• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, testing methodologies, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process development, process control, and operational excellence
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
• Excellent analytical thinking, data evaluation, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software for quality management and analysis tools
• Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certification in quality management systems is a plus
• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the design or fashion industry is advantageous
