• 5 10 years of experience in a similar role(process industry)
• Good knowledge in QMS / EMS concepts and practices
• Hands‑on exposure to 5S / TQM practices.

Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice systems & validating processes, providing documentation and managing staff.

• Validates quality processes by confirming product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
• Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate reliability and accuracy of processes, products and production.
• Develop and establish quality procedures and systems.
• Ensure process control documents and adhere with set requirements.

• Maintain a safe, healthy and visual work place.
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
• Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Companys Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
• Effectively interact with production team to maintain product supply specification.
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with international standards and legislation.
• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated, if necessary.
• Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
• Writing technical and management systems reports.
• Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
