Hiring QA & Lab Lead for a reputed global MNC in advanced materials and high‑temperature solutions. This is a key role responsible for driving QMS, lab excellence, and end‑to‑end quality across manufacturing operations.

Working Days5 Days
Experience- 5 10 years of experience in a similar role(process industry)
- Good knowledge in QMS / EMS concepts and practices
- Hands‑on exposure to 5S / TQM practices.

Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice systems & validating processes, providing documentation and managing staff.
Summary- Validates quality processes by confirming product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate reliability and accuracy of processes, products and production.
- Develop and establish quality procedures and systems.
- Ensure process control documents and adhere with set requirements.
- Maintain a safe, healthy and visual work place.
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Companys Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
- Effectively interact with production team to maintain product supply specification.
- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with international standards and legislation.
- Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated, if necessary.
- Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
- Writing technical and management systems reports.
- Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
