Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Multidiscipline QC Inspectors with strong expertise in piping, welding, NDT, and coating inspection for onshore construction projects. The role involves monitoring construction quality, ensuring compliance with international codes and project specifications, and executing inspection and testing activities related to piping systems, tanks, and pressure equipment.
Roles & Responsibilities- Monitor and witness construction activities including installation of piping systems, tanks, and pressure vessels as per approved ITP, procedures, and drawings
- Perform inspections related to welding, NDE (PT, MT, UT, RT), PWHT, hydrotesting, and coating systems (AG/UG)
- Conduct receiving inspections and verify material compliance and certification
- Ensure calibration of testing and measuring instruments as per project specifications
- Review contractor documentation, standards, and quality procedures for compliance
- Issue inspection reports, punch lists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up for closure
- Verify blasting, painting, and coating inspection/testing for CS, SS, DSS, Inconel materials
- Ensure adherence to client HSE and lifesaving rules and quality requirements
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation in line with project QA/QC standards
- Diploma (3 Years) / BE / BTech in Mechanical or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10+ years of onshore construction inspection experience
- Mandatory
Certifications:- CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS Certified Welding Inspector
- BGAS Level 2 or NACE Level 2 (Painting/Coating)
- ASNT Level 2 (PT, MT, UT, RT) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of API 510, API 570, and API 650 standards
- Proven experience in process piping fabrication & erection
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Windows OS
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
