JOUD Cafe in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Quality Assurance Officer responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and consistency of all food products. The role involves conducting quality checks across production stages, verifying correct labeling, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in F&B operations in the UAE and possess a BSc Degree in Food Technology or a related field. Certification in Food Safety Management Systems is mandatory. Flexibility for UAE-wide travel is required.
