The Inspector will assist in monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. Working under general supervision, the role supports daily inspection activities, quality tracking, and documentation throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily site inspections to monitor compliance with quality, performance, specifications, and codes
- Maintain accurate inspection records and daily field reports
- Track quality assurance and quality control progress on assigned works
- Participate in punch list inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Provide inspection input for area and equipment handover documentation
- Support senior inspectors and engineers during inspections and site reviews
- Assist with basic training and guidance of entry‑level personnel when required
- Identify quality issues and report findings to supervising engineers
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Basic understanding of construction quality standards and inspection practices
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists
- Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills
- Willingness to work on‑site under general supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a site team
- Exposure to landmark building and place projects in Abu Dhabi
