- Inspect and verify all equipment, goods, and spares received at the company warehouse and workshop for quality compliance
- Review documentation for critical equipment, ensuring conformance with company standards and purchase requirements
- Establish and maintain traceability records for all quality conformance documentation of received materials
- Develop and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for fabrication, maintenance, and overhaul activities at the workshop
- Monitor and track non-conformities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and closed promptly
- Conduct periodic audits of workshop quality processes, reporting findings and recommending system improvements
- Oversee packaging of materials for dispatch to sites, ensuring integrity during shipment and delivery
- Inspect returned goods, record their condition, issue certificates, and recommend appropriate storage to prevent deterioration
- Attend third-party inspections as required and participate in rig site failure investigations when necessary
- Issue weekly reports on quality control activities and compliance status
- Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, ADNOC standards, and client asset integrity codes of practice
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialized training in quality systems
- Minimum 5 years of quality-related experience with strong knowledge of materials and structures, preferably oilfield equipment
- Proficient in computer applications for documentation and reporting
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality processes, and material traceability requirements
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams
