Regulatory and FSMS Compliance
Coordinate implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of FSSC
22000 FSMS, ISO
22000 PRPs and additional FSSC requirements. Maintain document control for FSMS procedures, work instructions, forms, records and retention systems. Support management of change and ensure food‑safety impacts are assessed and documented for changes in process, equipment, materials, layout or suppliers.
Prepare inputs for food safety team meetings and support management review of data compilation, KPIs, issues and trends. Maintain and update FSMS documentation in accordance with standards (HACCP, ISO
22000, FSSC
22000, BRCGS, etc.). Prepare detailed reports on food safety performance, audit findings and corrective actions for management review, and submit monthly audit reports on time.
Provide food safety and GMP induction training to new employees, visitors and contractors. Deliver internal GMP training to food handlers and assess training effectiveness. Record training matrix, competency checks and other data for employees, contractors and visitors. Support initiatives that strengthen food‑safety culture on the shop floor and track training completion.
Internal Audit & Continuous ImprovementCoordinate the internal audit program aligned to FSSC
22000, schedule audits, conduct audits as assigned and track actions to closure. Support certification audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections—including preparation, evidence gathering, closing meeting actions and follow‑up. Lead and participate in investigations for food safety non‑conformities, support root‑cause analysis and implement CAPA with effectiveness verification. Manage foreign‑body control tools and inspections.
- Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or a related food discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in a food safety or quality assurance role.
- Technical know‑how in systems such as FSSC
22000, ISO
22000, BRCGS or equivalent. - Experience working in an ISO
22000/FSSC
22000 or BRCGS‑certified food manufacturing site. - Proficiency in English.
