Senior Officer ANS Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Participate in conducting Quality Assurance internal audits throughout ANS in line with the ANS QMS manual and UAE CARs compliance requirements.
• Compile write‑ups, review and edit to ensure compliance with application standard criteria.
• Contribute to the development of the ANS quality management system for Business Excellence implementation.
• Plan day‑to‑day activities focusing on quality assurance initiatives.
• Plan, look after, monitor and assure the implementation of the ANS Quality Management Manual.
• Coordinate and review internal and external audit reports.
• Assess gaps and weaknesses in the ANS Quality Management System; develop countermeasures and identify continuous improvement initiatives through audit triggers.
• Monitor audit findings, observations and recommendations, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in pre‑audit planning, preparation, conduct and post‑audit activities; review audit reports to confirm action plans are undertaken.
• Monitor and report progress to close gaps.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring a compliance management system to support continual improvement.
• Establish and improve Quality Assurance methods and techniques within existing methodologies.
• Support continuous improvement activities in line with international best practices and standards.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of relevant policies, procedures and manuals, ensuring required information is captured for external and internal users.
• Participate in process optimisation and continuous monitoring of ANS Quality KPIs.
• Align all processes, policies and manuals with GCAA‑approved documents.
• Identify and recommend procedural and workflow improvements.
• Perform data analysis, identify improvement opportunities and root causes to enhance assurance performance.
• Monitor enhancements of post‑implementation actions within the quality assurance process.
• Ensure internal standards are aligned with national and international ANS Quality standards.
• Research best practices to influence ANS quality assurance initiatives and utilization standards.
• Update job knowledge by studying trends, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and professional organisations.
• Provide effective communication regarding challenges, objectives, initiatives and performance of the ANS quality assurance process.

A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or an equivalent discipline with strong knowledge of process management, CARs and ISO standards.

Minimum of 3 years of experience within a similar environment.
