Graduate in Food Science with 5 Plus years experience in Inflight Catering Operations as Quality controller Food Safety Specialist Hygiene officer HACCP Level 3 Food Safety Level 4 Qualifications Good communication attention to detail and leadership skills Ability to work in a high volume time critical environment Male candidate preferably Philippines African Sri Lankan etc as suitable to the approved budget.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with HACCP, airline specifications, and local food safety regulations.
- Conduct scheduled and nonscheduled audits for catering unit and lounges.
- Onboard checks of meals as required.
- Ensure that the FSMS management are in place, Monitor temperature controls, product labelling, shelf-life management, and CCP records etc.
- Conduct product trails as required and report on the food safety and quality aspects.
- Investigate non conformities, implement corrective actions, and maintain documentation.
- Train and support staff on food safety, Quality assurance and Controls.
- Coordinate with production, operations, and logistics teams to resolve quality food safety issues promptly.
- Verify FSMS reports and support internal/external audits.
