IMS Officer
Responsibilities
The IMS Officer implements and continuously improves the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable UAE regulations. The role ensures compliance of processes, operations, and projects with these standards and supports high performance in quality, safety, and environmental stewardship.
IMS Documentation and Compliance Assurance
- Review and update 100 documents as scheduled, maintaining minimal nonconformities due to documentation lapses.
- Execute the annual Internal Audit Plan, close audit findings, and prepare for external audits by ensuring timely documentation and record‑keeping.
- Follow up on nonconformities, observations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
IMS Training and Awareness
- Ensure employee IMS awareness training coverage and assess training effectiveness.
Performance Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Timely submission of quarterly IMS QHSE reports and KPI dashboards.
- Support the management review process with input and data.
- Implement measurable improvement initiatives with positive impact on KPIs.
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related discipline is required.
Certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
Minimum of 2–4 years experience in quality, environmental, or health and safety management, focusing on IMS implementation and maintenance.
Proven experience conducting audits, inspections, risk assessments, and cybersecurity-related activities in a complex organizational environment.
