QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is essential for understanding technical specifications. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance/control within the manufacturing or construction industry is preferred. Professional certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or CQE are highly desirable to demonstrate expertise. Experience in leading cross‑functional teams and driving quality initiatives across departments.
