Your Tasks- Execute the responsibility of inspection services and activities of Elevator Department as per the scope of work.
- Carry out the Inspection, Testing and Certification of personnel Lifting Equipment, Elevator, Escalator and Cradle according to TUV SUD Quality and Operation Procedures, Applicable Statutory Requirements, Standards and Code of practice under the authorized scope of inspection.
- Perform inspection and testing services in conformance with TUV SUD Middle East Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental Management Systems Procedures (IMS), Methods & Operation Procedure, International and National Standards, Code of Practice, and Applicable Statutory Requirements.
- Ensure awareness and adherence with TUV SUD Middle East Policies, Objectives, Code of Ethics and Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems Procedures.
- Maintain good rapport with customers both internal and external as per TUV SUD Middle East Code of Ethics.
- Prepare report/certificate of inspected equipment with relevant inspection records (checklist, timesheet and HSE risk assessment) and submit these records through the ICCS system.
- Follow the Health and Safety Procedure while performing inspection on the client site and report any new hazards observed on the work site or office to the Team Leader / Operation Manager and stop any unsafe activities.
- Improve personal performance and qualifications whenever required and practice good interpersonal skills during the job assignment.
- Ensure that all inspection activities are carried out as per the requirements of IMS and ISO/IEC 17020 Standard and accreditation requirements.
- Report any non‑compliance during the job assignment to the reporting manager.
- Observe hazard free and environmentally friendly working environment.
- Coordinate and complete independently assigned projects.
- Maintain independence, impartiality, integrity, and confidentiality during all inspection activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or a relevant field.
- Minimum two LEEA certificates.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in inspection of elevators.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
