We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Senior QA/QC Manager to join a top qualified and knowledgeable quality controls team of our Oil, Gas and Chemicals Division.

• Reports to the Quality Director and Division Director on overall Division's project quality related matters.
• Manages and coordinates all quality activities, including during the Engineering & Procurement phases of the project and assignment of quality personnel (QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Company) to particular activities / work areas on site.
• Reviews and monitors the application of Company IMS Policies and Procedures applicable to the Quality Department at Project level.
• Set up and manage the Division’s Project Site Quality staff.
• Responsible for training of new and existing Quality staff.
• Oversee the Division’s Project Quality activities, through frequent site visits and close cooperation with Project Site QC Managers.
• Coordination and cooperation with the Division Management team, and Project Directors and Managers to address and resolve any Site Quality issues.
• Cooperation with Client Quality Management to resolve any quality issues.
• Initiate and drive quality improvement proposals and address issues proactively in coordination with Projects and Corporate quality Department.
• Lead the required Project Quality Internal Audits.
• Reviews Contract requirements to determine whether Company IMS documents (plans, procedures, and the like) can be implemented as-is in their entirety, or whether project specific versions are required, and advises the Quality Director and Division Director accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized/reputed university.
• Certified as Lead auditor ISO 9001:2015.
• Good command in Project Quality auditing.
• Having a total experience of min. 20 years with specific experience as a QA/QC Manager for min. 5 years in Oil & Gas Projects (Managing QAQC function across Oil and Gas EPC projects with Pipeline, Piping, Tanks, Process Equipment, Structures, Painting & Coating, Insulation).
• Experience in managing large‑scale capital projects by performing regular reviews and critical inspections as and when required.
• With ADNOC approval as Project Quality Manager.

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Is able to work both independently and as a team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills.
• Has excellent organizational skills.
