Expected in the Last Week of July Job Purpose Exclusive Talent HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer for a 6-month extendable project based in Habshan, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all work is executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
  • Implement and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures throughout the project.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and quality surveillance to verify compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and related documentation.
  • Identify quality deviations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all quality-related matters.
  • Monitor incoming materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
  • Conduct Quality Awareness training sessions and toolbox meetings.
  • Support the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Promote environmental sustainability initiatives through Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, values, vision, and mission.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams on QA/QC requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Industrial, or Construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection methodologies, and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant international standards and construction codes.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification or other relevant QA/QC certifications is preferred.
  • Experience with QA/QC documentation and reporting systems.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience on ADNOC, EPC, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and continuous improvement practices.
