QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain quality systems in alignment with ISO 9001 and IMS standards.
• Conduct internal audits support external audits and manage corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze performance data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce rework.
• Support factory and site teams in inspections ITP compliance and client handover documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers clients and internal teams to maintain quality consistency and resolve NCRs.
• Prepare QA dashboards reports and performance KPIs for management review.
• Deliver QA awareness and training programs for staff and inspectors.

• Bachelors degree in industrial Mechanical Civil or Quality Engineering (or equivalent).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 knowledge is a plus).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
• 57 years experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within manufacturing or construction (joinery metal works or fit-out preferred).
• Proven experience in auditing process mapping and documentation control.
• Proficient in MS Office ERP systems and QA/QC digital tools.
