Qa​/qc Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming marble blocks, slabs, and raw materials.
• Monitor production processes including cutting, polishing, edge profiling, and finishing.
• Ensure products comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections before delivery.
• Prepare inspection reports, quality checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Identify quality defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production, factory, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure proper handling, packing, and storage of finished marble products.
• Maintain calibration records for measuring instruments.
• Participate in client and consultant inspections.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality procedures and company standards.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of QC experience in a marble, granite, or natural stone factory.
• Strong knowledge of marble processing, fabrication, polishing, and installation.
• Ability to read shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of quality inspection tools and measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
