Job Summary
We are looking for a QA QC Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in a landscape construction company to ensure all landscape irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor QA QC procedures throughout project execution.
- Conduct inspections for landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Method Statements, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and ensure timely approvals.
- Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective actions and monitor close‑out.
- Maintain QA QC documentation, quality records, and inspection reports.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and project standards.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in internal quality audits and support project handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, project quality plans, and HSE requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a landscape construction company.
- Hands‑on experience in landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, MIRs, IRs, WIRs, and NCR management.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards, consultant approval processes, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and QA/QC documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, quality inspection procedures, and testing requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and clients.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates currently available in the UAE will be an advantage.
