Civil Inspector - Villa

This role ensures quality assurance and compliance in building construction projects. The inspector monitors contractors’ work, verifies adherence to specifications and approved drawings, and provides daily reporting to management.

• Inspect all site works in progress and ensure contractor compliance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings.
• Monitor and provide daily reports on contractor progress in all road activities.
• Inspect, check, and record that work is being executed in accordance with approved methodologies.
• Ensure site instructions are followed and report findings to R.E.
• Check services locations and ensure their protection.

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
