Job Responsibilities
Execute rigorous mechanical inspections on incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct non‑destructive testing (NDT) such as radiography, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle testing to identify subsurface defects. Perform dimensional checks using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and CMMs to verify tolerances. Review and verify welding procedures, welder qualifications, and weld quality through visual and non‑destructive examination.
Document all inspection findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions meticulously in detailed reports. Collaborate closely with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement preventative measures.
- Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
- Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
- Candidates must be immediate joiners.
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
Managerial and Senior PositionsA minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
