Responsibilities
- Carry out portable and conventional hardness testing on metallic materials and welds.
- Perform testing using Leeb, UCI, and other approved hardness testing methods.
- Evaluate hardness readings according to ASTM, ISO, and client requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardness testing within Oil & Gas, Fabrication, or Industrial sectors.
- Experience with portable hardness testers (Leeb/UCI).
- Knowledge of ASTM and ISO hardness testing standards.
- Experience in hardness test interpretation and report preparation.
- NDT experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Certification in Hardness Testing or equivalent qualification.
- Technical diploma or engineering background preferred.
- Additional NDT certifications will be an advantage.
