** Full-Time#### About the RolePSI is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to implement and maintain the company’s quality management systems across workshop and project-site activities. The role is responsible for quality assurance, quality control inspections, technical submittal reviews, documentation, testing, non-conformance management, and compliance with contractual, international, and local authority requirements.
Reporting to the QA/QC Lead or Abu Dhabi Area Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with project teams, workshop personnel, vendors, and clients to ensure that products, fabrication activities, installations, and services consistently meet approved quality standards.####
Key Responsibilities
* Organize, implement, conduct, and manage QA/QC programs in accordance with the company’s Quality Policy.
* Coordinate document control for technical submittals, drawings, revisions, amendments, and controlled document recalls.
* Ensure QA/QC validation is completed before controlled documents are issued for use.
* Coordinate inspections and monitor required testing in accordance with contract plans and specifications.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, approvals, and quality documentation.
* Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding work performance and unresolved quality discrepancies.
* Exercise authority to stop work where non-compliance or unresolved deficiencies are identified and release the stop-work instruction after satisfactory correction.
* Provide technical support to project teams for material approvals, inspection requests, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
* Support management in conducting internal quality audits and follow-up actions.
* Raise Non-Conformance Reports when activities deviate from contract specifications, approved procedures, or company standards.
* Prepare Corrective Action Reports for NCRs identified in workshops, project sites, internal audits, and customer complaints.
* Conduct QHSE visits at project sites to verify compliance with safety and quality requirements.
* Promote awareness of quality, health, safety, and environmental responsibilities among employees.
* Attend Project Site Inspection Requests after installation activities are completed.
* Coordinate with project staff to compile and retain inspection and testing records through project completion.
* Inspect incoming raw materials, vendor-supplied materials, and finished products before dispatch.
* Inspect fabricated pressure vessels, valve stations, pump stations, frames, skids, and rack assemblies.
