Job Description
Develop and review business processes, maintain the IMS related documentation, communicate the process management changes to relevant stakeholders, and execute improvement projects to contribute to the bottom line of business.
Responsibilities- Implement Quality Assurance processes and procedures ensuring alignment with the company's quality standards and effectiveness in identifying and resolving defects.
- Prepare quality assurance action plans and implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identify and resolve problems; determine system improvements; and implement changes.
- Participate in conducting Integrated Management System (IMS) internal audits to ensure proactive identification, resolution of issues and non-conformities for AD Ports Group in line with documented procedures.
- Review and maintain IMS documents such as policies, terms of reference (TOR), Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions.
- Act as a corporate Customer Feedback Management representative to ensure customer complaints are effectively escalated and addressed according to global best practices.
- Coordinate training and support for process owners and executors covering the integrated management system, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Prepare quality reports and presentations conveying analytical findings and recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Execute quality and process improvement initiatives, transformation projects, and synergy projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
- Maintain and improve service quality through process, system, compliance, and surveillance audits, and investigate customer complaints.
- Maintain process-level risks, opportunities, and non-conformities log for AD Ports Group in compliance with relevant international standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Excellence, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (Required).
- Lead/Internal Auditor Certification to ISO 45001, 14001, 22301, 27001, 55001 standards (Preferred).
- Professional certification such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA.
- Written and spoken English mandatory;
Arabic preferred.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Logistics & Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Maritime.
- Mandated experience in Management Systems and Process Improvement.
- Experience auditing in a technical environment preferred.
