Quality Piping Inspector – CSWIP 3.1 (Fabrication Yard Onshore)

We are looking for an experienced Quality Piping Inspector with a strong background in Onshore Fabrication Yard projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in piping fabrication inspection, quality assurance, and compliance with international codes and client specifications.

• Perform inspection activities for piping fabrication, fit‑up, welding, dimensional checks, and final inspection.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved ITPs, WPS/PQR, and applicable international standards.
• Verify piping materials, weld joint preparation, and fabrication quality.
• Review welding documentation, material traceability, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Production, and Client Representatives during inspection activities.
• Witness hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and other pressure testing activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records.
• Monitor implementation of quality procedures and project quality plans.
• Participate in client inspections and support successful project handover.
• Maintain compliance with HSE requirements and company quality standards.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quality Piping Inspector.
• Mandatory experience in Onshore Fabrication Yard projects.
• CSWIP 3.1 Certification is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, and applicable international standards.
• Experience in piping fabrication inspection, welding inspection, material inspection, and testing.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to join immediately after selection.
• Preferred: experience in EPC/Oil & Gas projects.
• Preferred: GCC/Middle East project experience.
• Familiarity with client quality requirements and international inspection practices.
