Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Civil QA/QC Inspectors to join the TAQA Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Project in Baniyas & KIZAD, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all civil construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, client requirements, and applicable international codes. The ideal candidate should have strong QA/QC experience in OHTL projects and possess a mandatory ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform inspections of civil construction activities related to OHTL projects.
Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Review and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, and documentation.
Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams during inspections.
Support project completion by maintaining quality standards throughout construction.
Mandatory Requirements
B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering.
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification (Mandatory).
5-10 years of QA/QC experience.
Experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects.
India and/or GCC project experience preferred.
Good knowledge of quality management systems and inspection procedures.
Candidates currently in the UAE on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa with immediate availability will be preferred.
