Senior Specialist – Institutional QA, Compliance & Excellence

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking professional to join our client as a Senior Specialist – Institutional QA, Compliance & Excellence

• EFQM
• GEM 2
• Abu Dhabi Government Excellence Award
• Or equivalent Excellence Frameworks

• Lead and manage Excellence Award participation at national and international levels.
• Conduct organisational self-assessments and develop improvement plans.
• Prepare and manage Excellence Award submissions.
• Coordinate Internal Excellence Awards across the organisation.
• Deliver Excellence awareness and capacity-building sessions.
• Support section planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.

• Develop, implement, and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and Quality Assurance requirements.
• Plan and lead Internal Audit programmes and Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Monitor audit findings and corrective actions.
• Review and improve policies, procedures, and business processes.
• Coordinate ISO surveillance, certification, and recertification audits.
• Promote continuous improvement and quality awareness across the organisation.

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Organizational Excellence
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Internal Audits, IMS, and Continuous Improvement
• Experience with in government, education, or semi-government organizations is highly preferred
