Job Responsibilities
- Approve production processes through visual measurement and functional tests
- Inspect materials using precision tools e g gauges micrometers electronic testers
- Identify document and isolate non-conforming products for rework or disposal
- Maintain accurate records of inspections test data and defect reports
- Guide production teams on quality issues and support training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal quality protocols
- Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment
- Analyze quality reports to recommend process improvements
- A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree or higher in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality inspection or assurance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Six Sigma Green Belt demonstrate a commitment to quality excellence.
- Candidates with experience in ISO 9001 or other quality management systems will have a competitive advantage.
