Penspen is urgently looking for a Senior Engineer - QA/QC (Mech/E&I) for an offshore PMC project in the UAE. You will ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, review ITPs, and QA/QC procedures.
The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical or Electrical/Instrumentation degree, 15–18+ years QA/QC offshore experience, with 5–10+ years in offshore projects, strong welding and NDE knowledge, and prior PMC or client-side roles, preferably ADNOC-related.
