Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and workshop standards are consistently followed.
• Verify that all repair and maintenance work meets company and manufacturer quality standards before vehicle delivery.
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections and road tests, recording findings and ensuring compliance with agreed quality and performance standards.
• Support and advise Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers by providing technical feedback and quality recommendations.
• Maintain and improve the "Fix It Right the First Time" ratio through effective quality control processes.
• Accurately maintain inspection records, repair orders, and quality control documentation.
• Monitor daily quality assurance activities and maintain accurate performance records.
• Report safety-related concerns identified during inspections to the Service Advisor and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure workshop equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in good working condition in coordination with the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while complying with all Health & Safety regulations.
• Protect company assets and uphold professional standards of conduct and appearance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

• High Diploma in Mechanics or a related automotive discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Quality Controller or similar automotive workshop role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and quality assurance processes.
• Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certificate is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Computer literate with the ability to work with workshop management systems and repair documentation.
• Good telephone and computer skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and workplace safety.
