QA​/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the project s Quality Assurance and Quality Control QA QC procedures
• Conduct inspections of civil architectural structural and finishing works to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests IRs and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients
• Review material submittments method statements and inspection and test plans ITPs
• Monitor site activities and identify non-conformities NCRs ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented
• Ensure all materials used on site comply with approved specifications and quality requirements
• Coordinate laboratory testing of construction materials as required
• Maintain QA QC documentation inspection records reports and quality logs
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants subcontractors and project engineers regarding quality-related issues
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards project specifications and safety requirements
• Participate in project handover inspections and prepare quality close-out documentation

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards, quality procedures, and project documentation.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction documentation.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Able to attend personal Interview in UAE.
• Currently situated in UAE and ready to relocate.
