Key Responsibilities
- Lead governance of quality assurance, quality control, and sustainability performance across services.
- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
- Oversee audits, inspections, document control, non-conformance management, and corrective actions.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, environmental performance reporting, and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and the Employer's sustainability objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Science, Management Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of total professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Demonstrated experience in sustainability and environmental performance management.
