QAQC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company standards and project requirements
• Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality procedures
• Conduct inspections of civil, structural, architectural and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor workmanship quality on-site and identify non-conformities
• Raise, track and close NCRs (Non‑Conformance Reports) and corrective actions
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams regarding quality-related matters
• Ensure all inspections and testing activities are completed as per approved ITPs
• Verify material approvals, submittals, material inspections and test reports
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, checklists and site reports
• Attend consultant and client inspections and facilitate approvals
• Conduct internal quality audits and site surveillance
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, project standards and health and safety requirements
• Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and successful project handover

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2-8 years of experience in QA/QC within residential building construction projects
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
• Experience in high-rise residential developments, villas, and residential communities is an advantage
