JOB TITLE:
Coordinator II - Quality (RFI Coordinator)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update database for all project documents related to Quality.
  • Log all incoming documents from the various projects, categorize them and then forward the documents to the concerned quality engineer for review and approval.
  • Maintaining RFI log and distributing daily RFI’s to relevant discipline inspectors.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports based on documents reviewed by the Quality Engineers for the respective project.
  • Maintain all documents related to projects, in line with the ISO 9001/2000 Quality standards, which are directly audited by the external certification agency.
  • Maintain all documents related to the internal audit process including audit records, Quality improvement log, customer complaints and customer feedback.
  • Maintain work procedures, issue transmittals as and when work procedures are changed. Prepare and modify work procedures, quality manual and quality handbook.
  • Assist in organizing Quality induction courses.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as receiving incoming fax transmissions, mails and couriers thereby ensuring timely flow of information. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Perform other related duties as advised by the supervisor.
  • Calendar management for Managers in QA/QC to record and manage meetings
  • Manage Business travel for QA/QC (including flight and hotel bookings)
  • Coordinate in-house meetings (Conference room bookings AND collation / distribution of meeting agenda )
  • Manage Leave / holiday plan for full QA/QC engineers and managers
  • Control and issue of QA/QC stamps for inspection personnel
  • Prepare minutes of meeting
  • Drafting formal letters to external contacts

ESSENTIAL

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Diploma or Degree with minimum 7 years’ experience as Civil QC Inspector

  • Should have experience in oil & gas/petrochemical industry
  • Should have previously worked with major EPC contractor or their subcontractors
