The Inspection Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inspection activities to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of Inspection services in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations. The role supports inspector mobilization, sourcing and evaluating qualified inspectors, coordinating inspection assignments, and managing inspection documentation and invoicing requirements to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
The Inspection Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inspection activities to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of Inspection services in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations. The role supports inspector mobilization, sourcing and evaluating qualified inspectors, coordinating inspection assignments, and managing inspection documentation and invoicing requirements to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility and Authority- Coordinate inspection activities to ensure the services follow the company standard and project/contractual requirements
- Plan and execute mobilization of inspection engineers locally and worldwide
- Communicate with local/overseas counterparts and suppliers for outsourcing required inspectors.
- Review the resumes of proposed inspectors to determine their suitability for the inspection assignment.
- Maintain the invoicing process with required docs. including time sheets, supporting documents and required approvals.
- BSc Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent
- 4-10 years working experience in relevant field (Source/Vendor Worldwide Inspection).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems and document management systems is an advantage
- Previous experience in the industrial and Oil & Gas sectors will be an added advantage.
