About the RoleKC Third Party Inspection LLC is looking for an organized, reliable and proactive Inspection Coordinator – Elevators & Escalators to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The main responsibility of this position is to coordinate inspection appointments with our clients and efficiently schedule and assign our inspectors/engineers.
The successful candidate will work closely with management and act as an important link between our clients, inspectors and management.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the elevator and escalator industry, Third-Party Inspection (TPI), Testing & Certification, Facility Management or related technical services in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate elevator and escalator inspection appointments with clients
- Schedule Third-Party Inspection (TPI) visits
- Assign inspectors/engineers to scheduled inspections
- Manage daily and weekly inspection schedules
- Coordinate appointment details between clients and inspectors
- Ensure efficient scheduling and utilization of the inspection team
- Follow up on upcoming and recurring inspection dates
- Handle appointment changes and rescheduling
- Maintain accurate customer and inspection records
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers
- Contact potential new customers and introduce our inspection services
- Support the development of long-term customer relationships
- Act as the main coordination point between clients and inspectors
- Work closely with management and maintain regular communication regarding operational activities
- Report to management on inspection schedules, inspector utilization and customer activities
- Support management in coordinating day-to-day operational activities
- Experience in coordination, operations, customer service or a similar position
- Experience in the UAE elevator and escalator industry is highly preferred
- Experience with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) is an advantage
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple inspectors and appointments simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Existing contacts within the elevator, facility management or building-services industry are an advantage
- Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- UAE driving licence is an advantage
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized person who can ensure that our customers receive inspection appointments quickly and that our inspectors are efficiently scheduled.
The main focus of this role is customer coordination, inspection scheduling, inspector allocation and close cooperation with management.
