QA​/QC Manager

• Supporting the implementation of EDFR Quality Policy and any EDFR Quality requirement during the execution phase of the Project
• Supporting the effective implementation of the Quality Management Plan of the Project in accordance with the established strategic objectives of the Project
• Managing any deviation on our Quality requirements.

• You will be responsible for the overall strategy for the Quality Assurance /Quality Control activities of the Project from its initiation, to its implementation
• Review the initial release of the Quality Management Plan of the Project (main contractors), including in particular KPI definition, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) initial release, Non-Conformity (NC) Management organization
• Review any revision of the Quality Management Plan of the Project
• Ensure an appropriate follow-up of notifications for Inspections (Hold Points, Witness Points)
• Represent, as necessary, the Project Manager to participate to Hold Points, Witness Point with the support of any required (internal or external) Quality Inspector
• Coordinate the work of any Quality Inspectors duly mandated by the Project Team in a dedicated field of expertise
• Supervise the overall NC process, including an appropriate follow-up of any NC issued by our main contractors and/or the Project Team, with the review of the associated implementation of the corrective action and the evaluation of the efficiency of the proposed actions
• Ensure the proper implementation of Root Cause Analyses (RCA) of deviations and participate in analysis meetings when necessary
• Conduct internal audits to review our Quality organization
• Conduct audits of the main contractors (according to ISO 9001 or any Quality specification of the project), either on site or elsewhere (i.e. reviewing any topic before or after transportation of some products)
• Promote the regular practice of Lessons Learned (LL) along the course of the Project Team
• Organize regular follow up meeting with main contractors, and their Quality representatives: KPI, NC (and RCA), ITP follow up
• Prepare Quality management reports and presentations as requested for the benefit of the Project Manager
• Provide Quality training and other training required for Quality Assurance/ Quality Control of the Project Team
• Advise, assist and support the Project Team with regard to Quality and the implementation of the Quality System- ---Actively contribute to the punch list release and review, and in particular the follow up of the NC up to closure
• Actively contribute to the final Lesson Learned session at the end of the Project
• Carry out other related activities at the discretion of the Project Manager
• Escalate to EDFR Local Quality Deputy any Major Non-Conformity (as described by EDFR procedure) and any Major Knowledge Element related to Quality
• Carry out actions that can promote continuous improvement in the performance of the company's processes

Education : 5 years of higher education in engineering and /or Master of Quality Management

Knowledge areas :

• ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
• ISO 19011 (guidelines for auditing Management System)
• ISO 10005 (guidelines for Project Quality Management plan)

More than 10 years' experience in quality management in electrical installation projects, for high stakes contracts, preferably in renewable energy projects sector
