Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on raw milk ingredients packaging materials and finished products
- Conduct laboratory tests including Fat protein moisture and solids analysispH and acidity testing
- Microbiological sampling and testing
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications
- Ensure compliance with HACCPISO 22000 FSSC 22000
Good Manufacturing Practices GMP UAE food safety regulations - Support internal and external quality audits
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming products
- 2-3 years of experience in Dairy/Juice Manufacturing industry
- Experience with milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, ice cream, or other dairy products is preferred
- Familiarity with laboratory testing and quality management systems
- Knowledge of dairy processing and food safety standards
